The terms under which P4 Card Studio products are provided.
Last updated: June 2, 2026
1. The operating entity
P4 Card Studio is the operating brand of P4 One LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. Throughout these terms "we," "our," and "us" refer to that operating team. By purchasing a product or submitting an intake form, you accept these terms. For any active engagement, the signed proposal or order confirmation is the governing document — if the proposal and these terms ever conflict, the signed document governs for that engagement.
2. What we deliver
Under the P4 Card Studio brand, the team delivers three product lines:
- P4 Procurement Card — a structured digital capability statement for certified businesses (MBE, WBE, SBE, SDB). Delivered as a hosted digital page, kept current under a monthly subscription.
- P4 Premium Card — an editorial digital business card with NFC support, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass delivery, and analytics. Available in multiple tiers with pricing disclosed at the time of purchase.
- P4 Pitch Card — a per-prospect proposal card with embedded Stripe sign-and-pay, built for active sales situations. Delivered under a setup fee plus monthly subscription for unlimited cards.
The specific deliverables, timeline, included revisions, and payment schedule for each engagement are confirmed in the order confirmation or signed proposal for that product.
3. Intake forms
Submitting an intake form is not a contract. It opens a conversation. A binding engagement starts when a product is purchased via Stripe or when both sides have countersigned a proposal.
4. Payment, subscriptions, and refunds
- Setup fees are due at the time of purchase. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on the anniversary of activation.
- Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues through the period already paid.
- Setup fees are non-refundable once production work has begun, because the team’s time is reserved on your behalf.
- Where Stripe handles a payment, Stripe’s terms also apply to that transaction.
- Pricing displayed on this site is in USD and does not include applicable sales tax where required by law.
5. Revisions and out-of-scope work
Each product tier includes a defined number of content revision rounds, disclosed at the time of purchase. Anything outside the scoped deliverables is treated as a change order, priced separately, and added to the schedule by mutual agreement before work proceeds.
6. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, certifications, and brand assets promptly so production can proceed on schedule.
- Maintain the rights to any content, imagery, trademarks, or code you provide to our team for inclusion in your card.
- Keep contact and billing information current in Stripe to avoid service interruption.
- Respond to milestone reviews within the windows set in the order confirmation — delayed responses can push the delivery schedule.
7. Ownership and licensing
On full payment of a setup fee, you receive a license to use the delivered card for your own business purposes for the duration of your active subscription. Card design assets, internal templates, reusable engine components, and our pre-existing tooling remain the property of P4 One LLC. When a subscription ends, the hosted card is deactivated. Wallet passes already distributed to contacts are not recalled but will no longer receive live updates.
8. Certification and credential accuracy
For P4 Procurement Cards and any card that displays certifications or government registrations (MBE, WBE, SBE, SDB, SAM, UEI, CAGE, NAICS codes), you are solely responsible for ensuring that all displayed credentials are accurate, current, and held in good standing. The team will publish what you provide. We do not independently verify government registrations or certification statuses on your behalf.
9. Service availability
The team aims for steady uptime on all hosted card properties and subscription services. Planned maintenance, infrastructure updates, and third-party outages can cause brief interruptions. Reasonable effort will be made to communicate planned maintenance to active subscribers in advance.
10. Warranty disclaimer
Products and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Outcomes such as contract wins, procurement results, sales conversions, and NFC reader compatibility depend on factors outside our control. The team makes no promise of specific business results.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim arising from your use of a P4 Card Studio product is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. The team is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost contracts, lost revenue, or lost data.
12. Acceptable use
- Do not use a P4 Card Studio product to display false certifications, fabricated credentials, or misleading government registration information.
- Do not use the products for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Do not attempt to resell, rebrand, or white-label P4 Card Studio products or the underlying engine without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate any subscription that violates this section, without refund of the current period.
13. Confidentiality
The team treats your non-public business information as confidential and shares it only with the people on our side who need it to deliver your card. You agree to treat our internal methods, templates, and pricing the same way.
14. Changes to products or these terms
The team may update products, pricing, or these terms over time. The current version is always at this URL. Material changes that affect active subscriptions will be communicated by email to the subscription contact at least 14 days in advance.
15. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
