What we collect from intake forms and visits — and what stays off the table.

Who runs this site
This site is operated by P4 One LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, under the brand P4 Card Studio. Throughout this policy "we," "our," and "us" refer to that operating team.
What we collect
Intake forms and product inquiries
When you submit an intake form, the form may collect:
- Name — so we know who to address.
- Email address — required to reply.
- Company name — helpful for scoping which card product fits.
- Product interest — which of the three products you selected.
- Message — anything you choose to share about your situation, certifications, or timeline.
Form submissions are delivered to our team through Netlify Forms. We use the information only to respond to your inquiry and scope the right product for your needs.
Payment and Stripe
When a P4 Card Studio product is purchased, payment is processed directly by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details and billing information on their secure platform. We never receive, see, or store card numbers. Our records show only the transaction confirmation Stripe provides.
Analytics — every visitor
- Standard Google Analytics 4 data — pageviews, country, browser, referrer, device type, and aggregated session behavior. No personal identifiers are sent from us to GA4.
Server logs
- Standard hosting logs from Netlify — IP address, timestamp, user agent, requested URL. These exist for security, abuse prevention, and uptime.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We don’t run retargeting, behavioral advertising pixels, or third-party ad networks on this site.
- We don’t email you unless you submitted a form or you are an active client.
- We don’t share intake-form details with anyone outside the named processors below.
Third parties we use
- Netlify (Netlify, Inc.) — hosts this site and delivers form submissions to our team. Subject to Netlify’s privacy policy.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — pageview analytics. You can block GA via your browser settings without affecting how the site works.
- Stripe (Stripe, Inc.) — processes payments for all P4 Card Studio products. Card data is handled by Stripe directly; we never see or store card numbers.
Cookies
Google Analytics 4 sets standard analytics cookies. You can block these via your browser settings or extensions. We do not set marketing or advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to export or delete any personal data you’ve shared with us (intake-form submissions, client correspondence, billing records held outside of Stripe). Reach the team at admin@p4one.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe — typically a few business days.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Updates
If we change this policy, the "Last updated" date at the top will move. Material changes that affect active clients will be communicated by email.
